AI Univerzitet provides digital education and related services. Our products may include:

• Live calls, webinars, workshops, Q&A sessions, coaching, mentorship, consultations, audits, and implementation support.
• Application-based programs and limited-capacity offers.
• Any other digital or educational product made available through our website, checkout pages, invoices, or approved payment links.

Product descriptions, pricing, currency, access length, delivery method, included bonuses, payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund limits may vary by offer. The specific details shown on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, onboarding page, or written agreement apply to that purchase in addition to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase AI Univerzitet products or services.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of our services would be unlawful.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, privacy obligations, intellectual property laws, and consumer protection requirements.

We may refuse service, cancel access, or terminate accounts where required by law, risk controls, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, payment processor requirements, or violation of these Terms.

4. Accounts and Access

Some products may require account access, course platform login, community access, or email-based delivery.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Using a valid email address that you control.
• Ensuring that your device, browser, internet connection, and software are suitable for accessing digital content.
• Not sharing, selling, transferring, sublicensing, or distributing your account access.
• Promptly telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We are not responsible for loss of access caused by an incorrect email address, user device issue, browser setting, internet connection, third-party platform outage, or your failure to follow access instructions.

5. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment Processing

Prices, currency, taxes, payment schedules, and included items are shown on the applicable sales page, checkout page, invoice, or payment link.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the stated price and any applicable taxes or fees.
• Provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Use a payment method that you are authorized to use.
• Allow our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
• Follow any product-specific billing, subscription, payment plan, or cancellation terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other approved payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers or full card security codes on our own servers. Payment processors may process payment details, billing details, fraud prevention signals, and transaction metadata under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may receive limited payment information such as payment status, transaction ID, amount paid, currency, payment method type, billing name, billing email, refund status, dispute status, failed payment status, and chargeback status.

6. Taxes

Prices may or may not include VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar taxes, depending on the checkout configuration, your location, and applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges that apply to your purchase unless the checkout page states otherwise.

7. Digital Delivery and Access Timing

Most AI Univerzitet products are digital products or services. Delivery may occur through:

• Course platform access.
• Email delivery.
• Download links.
• Community invitation.
• Calendar booking link.
• Live call access link.
• Onboarding instructions.
• Manual activation by our support team.

Access may be immediate or may require manual review, onboarding, fraud screening, payment confirmation, or account setup.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after purchase, contact support@aimethod.io and include your full name, purchase email, order number or transaction ID, and receipt if available.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

Because many AI Univerzitet products provide immediate access to digital content, proprietary materials, templates, recordings, member areas, and community resources, purchases may become non-refundable once digital access is granted or a service begins, except where required by applicable law.

If a subscription, membership, installment plan, payment plan, or recurring service applies, cancellation rules will be shown on the relevant checkout page, invoice, agreement, or onboarding materials. Canceling future payments does not automatically create a refund for past payments unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

If you believe there is a billing error, duplicate payment, unauthorized charge, access issue, or refund question, contact us first at support@aimethod.io so we can investigate.

If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal after receiving access, we may suspend or terminate access while the dispute is reviewed. We may provide the payment processor with relevant evidence, including checkout records, policy acceptance records, access logs, email delivery records, course activity, community access records, support correspondence, IP/device data, and fraud prevention information.

9. Consumer Digital Content Rights

Where applicable consumer laws provide a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that by requesting or accepting immediate access to digital content, course materials, member areas, downloadable resources, templates, recordings, or other digital resources before the end of any statutory cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel or receive a refund for that digital content once access begins.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Educational Use Only

AI Univerzitet provides education, information, examples, frameworks, templates, workflows, tools, and support. Our content is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, employment, medical, mental health, regulatory, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business, legal, financial, tax, advertising, healthcare, compliance, or regulatory decisions.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, compliance, and results.

11. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, build a profitable business, get clients, grow a following, generate revenue, recover your purchase cost, receive a return on investment, obtain employment, receive platform approval, maintain advertising accounts, or achieve any specific financial, business, marketing, technical, personal, or professional outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your skills, effort, consistency, offer quality, market conditions, competition, budget, technical execution, platform rules, algorithm changes, legal compliance, and economic conditions.

Any examples, demonstrations, screenshots, testimonials, projections, case studies, revenue references, or business examples are illustrative only. They are not promises, guarantees, typical results, average results, or assurances of future performance.

12. No Prohibited Business or High-Risk Offer

AI Univerzitet is an educational service. It is not:

• A get-rich-quick scheme.
• An investment opportunity.
• A financial product.
• A trading system.
• A cryptocurrency, NFT, token, or digital asset offer.
• A gambling, betting, sweepstakes, or prize-based entry product.
• A multi-level marketing program.
• A pyramid scheme.
• A recruitment-based commission system.
• An adult content service.
• A dating, matchmaking, or escort service.
• A platform for selling online traffic, followers, engagement, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or artificial reach.
• A service for deceptive advertising, account manipulation, evasion, fraud, or platform abuse.
• A product that provides legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or regulated professional advice.

We do not encourage or permit use of AI Univerzitet materials to engage in illegal activity, deceptive claims, misleading testimonials, hidden pricing, fake scarcity, unlawful spam, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, platform manipulation, adult or sexually explicit content, gambling, crypto speculation, financial advice, regulated products, or other activities prohibited by law or payment processor rules.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or infringing purposes.
• Copy, resell, publish, leak, share, scrape, distribute, or reproduce our materials without permission.
• Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, clone, scrape, or create competing products from our materials.
• Upload malware, harmful code, spam, or unauthorized automation.
• Interfere with our website, course platform, communities, checkout, or support systems.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or harm other customers, team members, mentors, or contractors.
• Post confidential, sensitive, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content in community areas.
• Make false statements about your identity, purchase, payment authorization, results, or relationship with us.
• Use our materials to violate third-party platform rules, advertising standards, intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or consumer protection laws.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund, subject to applicable law.

14. Community Rules and User Conduct

If you receive access to a community, group channel, live call, webinar, workshop, or coaching environment, you must act professionally and respectfully.

We may remove posts, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate access if we believe your behavior is abusive, disruptive, misleading, unlawful, infringing, spammy, confidential, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.

Community access is not guaranteed permanently unless expressly stated in the product-specific terms. We may change community platforms, close inactive communities, moderate discussions, or update rules as needed.

15. User Content

You may submit comments, questions, posts, messages, assignments, feedback, testimonials, reviews, screenshots, videos, or other content through our services.

You retain ownership of your own content, but you grant GENERATION369 LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the services, operate communities, deliver support, improve our products, and enforce these Terms.

If you provide a testimonial, review, case study, screenshot, video, or similar promotional content, we may ask for your consent to use it in marketing or educational materials. We may edit testimonials for clarity, grammar, or length, but we will not intentionally change the meaning.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate law, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, platform rules, or rights of any third party.

16. Intellectual Property

All AI Univerzitet materials are owned by or licensed to GENERATION369 LTD unless stated otherwise. This includes:

• Course content.
• Videos and recordings.
• Templates, prompts, scripts, guides, SOPs, checklists, frameworks, and worksheets.
• Slide decks, documents, downloads, and resources.
• Website copy, designs, logos, brand assets, and layouts.
• Training methods, structures, examples, and proprietary workflows.
• Community materials, call recordings, and support resources.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use purchased materials for your own personal or internal business learning purposes only.

You may not copy, resell, license, sublicense, publish, distribute, leak, upload, share, train models on, scrape, reproduce, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit AI Univerzitet materials without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access, denial of refunds, payment dispute evidence submission, and legal action.

17. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our programs may reference or teach the use of third-party tools, including AI tools, automation platforms, social media platforms, advertising platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting platforms, design tools, and software services.

Third-party tools are controlled by their own providers. We do not control their pricing, rules, approvals, access, algorithms, API availability, outages, security, data practices, output quality, payment holds, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and following third-party terms and policies.
• Paying any third-party fees unless expressly included in your purchase.
• Ensuring that your use of third-party tools is lawful and compliant.
• Reviewing AI outputs, generated content, automations, advertisements, and claims before use.
• Maintaining your own accounts, backups, passwords, security, and compliance records.

We are not liable for losses, restrictions, account bans, rejected ads, payment holds, removed content, data loss, downtime, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.

18. No Affiliation With Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Other Platforms

AI Univerzitet, GENERATION369 LTD, and our products are independent educational services. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, approved by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Stripe, Webflow, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing by that platform.

Any references to third-party platforms, tools, trademarks, logos, advertising systems, social media platforms, payment processors, or software products are for identification and educational purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You are responsible for complying with each platform's current terms, advertising policies, community standards, content rules, data rules, and payment rules. We do not control third-party platform approvals, ad delivery, account reviews, account restrictions, reach, moderation decisions, or payment holds.

19. Calls, Recordings, and Live Events

Live calls, webinars, workshops, coaching sessions, consultations, and Q&A sessions may be recorded for replay, training, quality, internal operations, customer support, or educational purposes.

If a call is recorded, we will provide notice where required. By attending a recorded session, you understand that your name, voice, image, questions, chat messages, or contributions may appear in the recording.

If you do not want to appear in a recording, you should keep your camera off, use a display name that does not identify you, avoid speaking, and contact us if you have concerns.

We may reschedule, cancel, replace, or modify live sessions due to availability, technical issues, illness, staffing, low attendance, platform issues, or business needs. If a live component is included, reasonable replacement access, replay access, or alternative delivery may be provided where appropriate.

20. Access Changes and Product Updates

We may update, modify, replace, remove, or improve products, lessons, templates, community platforms, call schedules, mentors, support methods, software tools, or delivery systems.

We may also correct errors, update outdated content, remove third-party references, change platform recommendations, or adjust materials due to legal, technical, market, advertising, or platform changes.

Product access length depends on the relevant offer. If lifetime access is advertised, "lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of that specific product or platform while we continue to operate it, not your personal lifetime or the lifetime of any third-party platform.

21. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, hosting issues, internet issues, account security reviews, payment issues, fraud prevention, legal requirements, or events outside our control.

If you experience an access issue, contact support@aimethod.io. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and restore access where appropriate.

22. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without refund, subject to applicable law, if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violated these Terms or another AI Univerzitet policy.
• Shared access or distributed materials without permission.
• Failed to pay amounts due.
• Opened a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access.
• Used false identity or unauthorized payment information.
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, unlawful conduct, or platform misuse.
• Created legal, security, operational, reputational, compliance, or payment processor risk.

Upon termination, your right to access our services and materials ends immediately. Sections relating to payments, refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, disputes, and any rights or obligations that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

23. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

• The services will meet your expectations.
• The services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Any specific result will be achieved.
• Any third-party platform will approve, maintain, or support your account, content, ads, integrations, automations, or payments.
• Any AI-generated output will be accurate, lawful, original, safe, or suitable for your use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENERATION369 LTD, AI Univerzitet, and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, mentors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, account restrictions, rejected ads, payment holds, platform bans, or failure to achieve results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GENERATION369 LTD, AI Univerzitet, and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, mentors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of our services or materials.
• Your violation of law or third-party rights.
• Your content, advertisements, offers, automations, AI outputs, or business activities.
• Your use of third-party tools or platforms.
• Your unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or distribution of our materials.
• Your payment dispute, chargeback, fraud, or unauthorized payment activity.

26. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of AI Univerzitet is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using our services, you understand that we may collect, use, store, and share personal information as described in those policies, including information needed for account access, payments, fraud prevention, support, analytics, marketing, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

27. Marketing Communications

By submitting your email, purchasing a product, registering for a webinar, joining a waitlist, or requesting information, you may receive service emails and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting support@aimethod.io. We may still send transactional, legal, security, payment, access, support, or policy-related messages.

28. Promotions, Bonuses, and Limited Offers

Promotions, bonuses, discounts, trials, application-based offers, deadlines, limited-capacity offers, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms shown on the relevant page or checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time before purchase.
• Bonuses may be replaced with substantially similar resources.
• Missed promotional deadlines do not create a refund right.
• Trial or discounted offers may convert to paid access only if clearly disclosed at checkout or signup.

29. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, payment processor outages, platform restrictions, cyber incidents, illness, labor disputes, government actions, legal changes, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.
