AI Univerzitet sells digital educational products and services, which may include:
- Online courses and training programs.
- Digital lessons, recordings, templates, guides, resources, and frameworks.
- Community access and support channels.
- Live calls, webinars, Q&A sessions, coaching, mentorship, or consultations.
- Application-based programs and limited-capacity offers.
- Any other digital or educational product made available through our website, checkout pages, or approved payment links.
Because many of our products provide immediate access to digital content, proprietary methods, templates, recordings, and community resources, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
3. Digital Content Access and Final Sale Rule
All purchases are considered final once digital access has been granted, including access to any of the following:

- Video lessons or recordings.
- Downloadable materials.
- Templates, scripts, SOPs, prompts, guides, checklists, or frameworks.
- Private community, member portal, group channel, or onboarding area.
- Live training, coaching, mentorship, or consultation resources.
Once access has been delivered, we generally do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a duplicate payment, technical access failure, or billing error as described in this Policy.
4. Consumer Digital Content Waiver
Where applicable consumer laws provide a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that by requesting or accepting immediate access to digital content, course materials, member areas, or downloadable resources before the end of any statutory cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel or receive a refund for that digital content once access begins.

5. Refunds Before Access Is Granted
If you purchase a product but have not yet received access to any digital content, member area, coaching session, consultation, community, template, or downloadable resource, you may contact us at support@aimethod.io to request cancellation before access is issued.
We will review the request in good faith. If access has not been granted and no service has begun, we may approve a refund at our discretion or where required by law.
6. Duplicate Purchases and Billing Errors
We may approve a refund where we confirm:
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- A payment processor or checkout error caused an incorrect charge.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
To request review of a duplicate or billing error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and include:

7. Technical Access Issues

If we are unable to provide access after reasonable troubleshooting, we may offer a refund, replacement access, or alternative delivery method.
8. Coaching, Mentorship, Consultations, and Live Services
Payments for coaching, mentorship, consultations, audits, onboarding, live calls, implementation support, or other service-based offers are non-refundable once:
- The first session has started.
- A session has been scheduled and preparation work has begun.
- You receive private strategy, review, feedback, resources, or implementation support.
- You fail to attend a scheduled session without following the cancellation or rescheduling rules provided at purchase or onboarding.
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited.
9. Subscriptions and Payment Plans
If a product is offered as a subscription, membership, installment plan, or payment plan:
- You are responsible for all payments in the plan unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Missing a payment may result in suspended access.
- Canceling future payments does not automatically refund previous payments.

AI Univerzitet is not a get-rich-quick program and does not sell an investment opportunity, financial product, trading system, cryptocurrency or NFT offer, gambling product, multi-level marketing program, pyramid scheme, recruitment-based commission system, adult content service, dating service, online traffic, online engagement, or guaranteed income system.
Refunds are not provided because:
- You did not complete the program.
- You changed your mind after access was granted.
- You decided the program is not for you after consuming content.
- You did not implement the material.
- You did not achieve a specific income, audience, business, or performance result.
- You expected a different outcome that was not expressly guaranteed in writing.

11. Unauthorized Sharing, Abuse, or Policy Violations
We may deny refunds and terminate access without refund if we determine that a customer:

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. If a dispute is opened after access has been granted, we may provide evidence to the payment processor, including:

- Terms and policy acceptance records.
- Access logs.
- Email delivery records.
- Course or member area activity.
- Support correspondence.
- IP/device and fraud prevention signals.
If a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal is initiated, we may immediately suspend access to all products, communities, coaching, and services until the matter is resolved.
13. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
- Payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, or bank charges may not be refundable.
- Access to the refunded product or service may be revoked immediately.
Refund approval does not create an obligation to approve future refunds.
